Please complete and turn in the 8th grade behavioral contract in addition to this form. In order to attend the dance, you must not acquire more than 1 major write-up from May 1st, 2024 to May 31, 2024.
Plus one's (anyone outside of FRCS) are prohibited from the dance due to safety reasons.
- Entrance Fee: $3 (Complementary chips and beverages)
- Meal Ticket: $4 (2 pizza slices or allergy-friendly option)
- Dessert Ticket: $3 (3 Mini Cupcakes or allergy-friendly option)
